1.Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refund :
- Once return accepted the refund takes time 10 business working days
- The shipping charges bear by the customer
- If your purchase involved a discount or promotion, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Non-Refundable Items:
1.Personalized or custom-made candles.
2.Candles that have been lit, burned, or used.
3.Clearance or discounted items.

Return Shipping
- Reach out through the website or telecall for the return of products
- Only damaged items are subject to return no other products
- Return accepted within 1 day after you get delivery
- The product needs to be in its original packaging, unused, and in its original condition.

2. Returns and Exchanges:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it within 1-2 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange.
Return Shipping

- Order should be canceled within 2 hrs of order and after that cancellation, you will get no refund
- After this period, orders cannot be canceled as they will have entered the shipping process.
